Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was a lot of small talk initially: Where did you go to school? Why did you choose your major? What were you involved in? Most recent work experience? What do you do for fun? etc. When it got down to the business questions, they asked more "why you" type of questions. It's a pretty unique role, so they wanted to see what personality traits I had, and wanted to hear about my work ethic.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2026
Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
