I was recruited by Insight Global. They set up a phone interview and asked basic questions about my background and involvement in college. Then I was invited to an in-person interview. When I arrived, I was interviewed by three people separately. The recruiter told me that the questions would be more like conversations and not typical interview questions. They were definitely more like real interview questions and they all were very similar and went by very quickly. I never heard back after the interview.
