I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
First, there was a phone interview with a recruiter, the recruiter was very helpful, bubbly and supportive. Then, an in face interview took place, first I meet with a recruiter, she was nice but some what of awkward silence. We didn't talk much about the job just kind of conversational. Then, I met with 3 account executives, I really enjoyed speaking to 1 she was very friendly and we got along great, she made me feel very comfortable and answered my questions thoroughly. They all kind of had the same things to say and didn't really bring anything exciting or new with each ones. After the interview they told me to contact my recruiter to talk about the next steps. I emailed her and she called and said she would let me know. I then received what was pretty much and automatics response "although your experience was interesting we are going with other candidates" I then asked for feedback and got none. They literally told me nothing. I thought it was very unprofessional to just send an rejection email, at least call or give me some pointers for improvement.
