First had a meeting with the recruiter with standard interview questions. (Why are you looking for a new job, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.). Once my application was submitted, I waited about a few weeks to have an interview scheduled. Day of the interview, I was walked up to the building by my recruiter (Michael DeCastro) to be introduced to the hiring manager. The next day, Michael called with feedback from the manager and a second interview date. Again, I was walked to my interview. The following week I got a call from Michael with Congratulations!
