Interview
Initially contacted for a phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes and it was more so the guy telling about the company and their way of business then asking if I was still interested. Next an in person interview was scheduled for two days later. During the in person interview I was told I would speak with 3 or 4 additional people separately and the first one was suppose to be an "ice breaker" round but the interview turned out to only be one person and it lasted about 20 minutes. They really didn't ask any interview questions and were more concerned about your life out of the office and if you could be conversational. The recruiter was helpful throughout the process.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
