This is probably the most unprofessional interview process I've ever been through. The position I applied for was for an experienced position, but unfortunately I was treated as some fresh grad of out college just looking for the next place to party. I was contacted by Brooke Brown - their recruiter. During our initial conversation, she spent entirety of the period talking to about herself and the how "fun" the company is, which includes the countless amount of drinking and "hanging out" together. It's kind of ironic because most of the reviews here say that the company is really "fun" to work for. I guess that's the motto they try to instill in their employees.
After our phone interview, I went in for an in-person interview and that was just another level of ridiculousness. The interview lasted for no more than 5 minutes. The person that interviewed kept looking out the window like it he has somewhere else to be. In fact he didn't even ask me any questions for except where I went to school and quickly ended the interview with, "okay that's it, do you have any questions for me?"
I left feeling disrespected and somewhat discriminated against. I called recruiter back to inform her that I was not interested in moving further with the process. She never responded to my phone call.

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
