The interview process was more of a back and fourth discussion of skills and qualities that were needed for the position. It was a pleasant departure from most formal interviews this one seemed as interviewers were more down to earth and wanted to make sure that I would fit within the operation.
Very easy to answer questions from the interviewer. Was very qualified for the job so that made it easier, it was really just a conversation to tell me I got the job.
