I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I was referred to the company by a friend who had recently been hired. I was contacted by the recruiter and had a brief over the phone interview. I then went into the Boston office for a one-on-one interview. I met with 4 different people in the company at separate times and each of them asked me some questions. After the first interview they called me back the next day and asked me to come in for a final interview. The final interview was a little different. You go to lunch with either one of two of the account managers and it is mainly conversational. The lunch was about 80% random conversations and it was very laid back. Then towards the end they asked me a little about myself, why I would be fit for the position, what I am looking for in a company, and if I had any final questions for them.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
