Brief interview through the phone, then schedule an in person interview. Meet with the account manager for the position. Schedule to fill out the paper work the week after the interview. Went and complete a drug screen and background check. Everything came back good and was ready to start the week after.

Was contacted by Insight Global and after confirming my references they offered me to interview for a contract position. The client contacted me from another state, we spoke for about 25 minutes, and it was explained to me that someone else would need to complete a second interview locally in my state. A few days later, I was contacted and was informed that there wouldn't be a second interview and they wanted to hire me.
