I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was informal and the recruiter made me feel very relaxed, which was good because I get very nervous about interviews. The recruiter (Lizzy) was very informative and walked me through what I could expect from the company I was potentially going to work for. She also let me know potential questions the manager of the potential company would ask and what I could expect from the hiring manager. I walked through how I should reply for her to critique. It was so helpful having a one-on-one informal interview with Insight before interviewing at the company.

The interview process was relatively straight forward. I met with 2 different recruiters from Insight Global and then 3 different interviews with the prospective employer. All was remote.
