I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Interview process was very laid back. I was first contacted by and HR rep for a phone screening who explained the position to me and gave me a feel for the company culture. She was extremely welcoming and supportive throughout the entire process. I did the first interview in the Philadelphia office and felt very welcomed by all of the people that I spoke to. The questions were very casual, more about what I liked to do for fun and why I was interested in the job. No real behavioral questions. I got the final interview which was a lunch with two Account Managers; as far as I could tell the lunch went great but I could tell from the moment that I left the interview that I did not receive the job. They were not very candid about that. It also took HR a week to get back to me to let me know that I didn't get the job which seemed dumb considering it was obvious when I left that I didn't.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
