I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Richmond, VA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I enjoyed the entire process because everything happened in a fast and efficient manner. The staff is friendly, yet professional. I interviewed with Hannah Young as well as Meredith. Then I also interviewed with the company. I got the job. I came into Insight Global to fill out paper work for the hiring process . Now. This was the complicated part. The computer system kept acting up. Maybe there was a glitch. It caused me to stay over 2 hours. Over all, I was relieved it was finally done. I was able to log out and head to catch lunch.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insight Global (Collegeville, PA) in Aug 2016
Interview
It was a normal interview with both companies. Each member had their own questions to ask & then asked if I had any questions as well. It was not long enough. The next interviewer was waiting for almost 45 mins longer than expected. You can't expect to answer properly if your only given a moment. Then be told that we have gone WELL over the allowed time line.
