I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter in regards to an account manager position. The recruiter ended up being a fellow alumni from school and we had many mutual contacts. She made it out to seem like I was perfect for the position, talked up the job, and immediately brought me in for an interview. I met with her and two account managers that day. The interviews were super casual however it was so informal it was almost weird. I felt like I was being interviewed for a spot in their friend/going out group instead of a position within a company. They emphasized they like to party together and want to continue to find people who want to hangout outside of work. I was told they would contact me in a week and never heard from them.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
