Interview
First round was a behavioral interview at the office. They asked typical questions about your resume and experiences. Then you are invited for a final lunch interview where you need to basically entertain the interviewees. Make sure at the end you tell them why you are the best candidate for the position, even if the conversation seems to be flowing away from the job itself.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
