Interview
I didnt apply for this position, a recruiter reached out to me via linkedin. She was very friendly and made me very interested in the company. I went for an in person interview, had to park in a parking garage in chicago.. beautiful downtown location. After walking in, I felt like the moment I stepped into their office, the culture was draining me. The girls there were VERY stuck up, eye balled me because I wasnt wearing a skin tight dress like they were. The recruiter who I connected with via linked in met with me, and it was almost too casual and uncomfortable. She then passed me along to a manager in the company, who lets just say, was the most rude and unfriendly person I have ever met in my life. Made me feel like since my background wasn't in the Sorority scene, I was unworthy of working for them. (I went to a private religious college). Lets just say, I didn't want them, and they didn't want me. So I am glad I didn't get the job. Also had to pay $36 to park for 30 minutes (the duration of the interview). Please be at risk. Do not take the interview unless you are the perfect "Sorority President" type. I do not take this company seriously at all.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
