The entire interview process was rushed and extremely unprofessional. They spent the 15 minutes of the in person interview talking about themselves and not getting to know me whatsoever. Then they said they would be giving me a call for the next stage and never called or even emailed.

Three step process. Not very daunting at all. It is more of a panel discussion and they are looking to have a potential employee interview them, instead of the other way around. That being said, it is always important to have questions ready. Overall, it is a very cut-throat environment. I have spoken to current employees and have come to the conclusions that you punch the clock and at the end of the day you go out with everyone. If you don't like to party, this might not be for you.
