I was contacted by a recruiter after posting my resume online and set up a time to talk to the very nice and bubbly (but very sorority girl-ish) recruiter. We basically talked about my college and internship involvement and a little bit about career aspirations and then she told me about the company. It felt like a sorority rush conversation, not going to lie, and the woman was about as professional as that..AKA not professional. Every interviewer I spoke with bragged about how 75% of their employees were either in Greek Life or were college athletes, if that tells you anything about this place... I then set up an in person interview and met for about 30 min with two women who were both very young and attractive - that's what this company is looking for (looks, sociability, etc.). They didn't ask many questions, but instead wanted ME to ask them questions -- lazy interviewing. I also had to wait a long time for them to come talk to me, which is rather unprofessional. The office doesn't even have a receptionist, which is notably odd - you have to pick up a phone and dial in. This is another sign of the unprofessional/sketchy nature of the firm. The whole thing feels very shallow to me, which is a big turn off. The whole process seems like a scam and the people who work there are basically all under 30 and it's like a giant frat party. Apparently the employees are FORCED to write positive glassdoor reviews, which accounts for this high ranking they have -- Scam! I was then invited to an in-person lunch interview, which again felt very shallow and appearance based, although the person was nice. This was by far the most superficial interview process. No difficult, deep or technical questions. The behavioral interviews were pretty much lead by me as they wanted to see how chatty I was, which I understand because it's sales, but it's also kind of weird. I declined my offer. If you are a hot girl or are super bubbly and airhead-y, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I do not recommend wasting your degree on this as an entry-level position.
