Interview
First of all, this is a SALES position. I really wish they would have made that more clear before contacting me for an interview. I was messaged on LinkedIn by a recruiter and had a phone conversation with her that day. She just asked about my college experience, what I'm looking for, and told me about the company and a little bit about the position. Unfortunately she left out that you will be cold calling all day. I really wish I had this information upfront because I could have saved their time and mine.
For the in-person interview I was told I would meet with 2-3 people. The first person came in and asked me 2 questions about myself and then told me about the position--this is where I found out it is sales focused with a heavy emphasis on cold calling. Then she asked me if I had any questions and I asked about 10. It seemed like she wanted me to ask even more. The interview ended after that and I did not speak with anyone else, like I was told I would. She gave no definitive date of when I would hear back and did not discuss pay. I guess on the bright side they make it really obvious when they're not interested in you!
I will say the recruiter was SO nice and helpful, they really do a great job. They make you feel like they're on your side and they're rooting for you! They give you tips on how to prepare and will call you before your interview and after.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
