I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Bellevue, WA) in Jul 2016
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and set up a phone call to chat about the position. From there, we had another phone call where she coached me about the interview, and the scheduled me for an on-site interview. It was about 3-4 hours long and I spoke with 4 people who I would be working with, other recruiters and higher ups. Everyone was very nice, very young, and all loved working there. It felt very cookie cutter and fake, but I left the interview feeling confident that I could've fit in there. The last woman I spoke with even said she would contact me about setting up a casual lunch interview. However, I got an email from the original recruiter from LinkedIn saying they passed on me. It was a very nice email though, in which the interviewers said I was great but think I'm not a great match for the company. I get it. I obviously didn't fit their Southern charm persona. No ill will.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
