Please save yourself the trouble and avoid the company. Higher recruiters may be sweet, but overall the company targets college grads that have have the fraternity/sorority stereotype. It may be thriving for a business to have that overly competitive attitude, but looking back, I literally left with a headache and a laugh from feeling less intellectual surrounded by the people there. It seemed my looks were valued over my brains, and that's never a good sign. I had an Ivy League education, and was trying this company out to see the business industry. Very glad I turned the offer down.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
