Interview
I was found my a recruiter and prepped before it. Although the two staff members who I was told to ask for were out of the office, I was greeted warmly by everyone in the office and still felt valued as a potential employee. They made sure I was comfortable with coffee and water, and when they introduced me to the office, every single staff member stood up to shake my hand. The interview itself was very informal and casual -felt similar to sorority recruitment.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
