I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Denver, CO) in Nov 2016
Interview
Huge red flag. Huge was of my time. Huge scam. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Then set up a time for a phone interview and she talked to me for 25 minutes. I agreed to advancing to the next level of the hiring process. I drove 14 hours to Denver for an interview. (Luckily I didn't drive all this way JUST for this phony company) They did not ask me ONE SINGLE question during the in person interview. They expected me to do all the talking. This happened with 3 different employees at this company for an hour long. During the awkward small talk I thought I should ask some questions about the company. 'How do you ensure the success of your employees and what is the turnover like in this company?' I was then told by the recruiter to NEVER bring this up with anyone else in the company if I wanted to get hired here. No transparency and felt very scammy the whole time. I had two friends who had warned me about this company prior and I wish I had listened.
I did not make it very far but good process. I had one phone call which was very conversational and then a zoom interview- which also was coversational. They try to hire out of college and it seems hard but we will see.
Long process with multiple parts (phone call, zoom conversation, shadow day) and you will communicate via recruiter for most things. Philadelphia office was very large, spacious and beautiful! A lot of new graduates.
I think they have a large range of applicants so reponse times are delayed. Often times when scheduling the next round it would be 2-3 weeks out. This caused it to take weeks longer then the process should have taken.
