I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insight Global in Oct 2016
Interview
The first interview was a 20 minute campus preliminary interview to see your motivations for this job and if you will be a good fit.
Next is an in-office interview with 1-2 account managers. The whole point of this interview is to see if YOU can carry on a conversation and ask questions, because that is what the job entails! Some people on here complain that the account managers talk too much about themselves in this interview, but the reason is because they are basically pretending to be a client. You have to be interested in what they are saying and be able to build off of it and make a conversation. They will not ask you questions about yourself during this interview or your resume - this interview is a TEST to see if YOU can interview people/ask questions about them when you're hired.
The final interview is a lunch interview with the sales manager and an account manager. This interview is more about you and your experiences. They want to see if you are easy going enough to take clients out to lunch and be able to build relationships. They also go more in depth about the details of the job.
In order to be successful in these interviews: ask questions, be approachable/attentive, come prepared. You have a recruiter on your side throughout the entire process who preps you for each interview which is extremely helpful. Also be sure to note - this is a SALES job. They emphasize that many times. You need to be able to sell yourself on your interviewers to show you are capable of this kind of job. Each interview, although somewhat difficult, was very comfortable and laid back. You should feel at ease and able to have a conversation with your interviewer.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
