Interview
Someone from the Connecticut office reached out to me via LinkedIn and we set up a phone interview. We spoke on the phone for about 40 minutes and had a really great conversation. We covered everything on my resume, and also just about me and where I'm from, how I like living in NYC, etc. It was a really natural and productive conversation.
When I went into the NYC office about a week later, I met with one of the Account Managers. She took me to a small room, then said she was going to grab something to drink and would be right back. She didn't come back for over 30 minutes. When she did come back, I was obviously feeling a mixture of frustration and even more stress about the interview. We spoke for about 10 minutes and she never even asked for my resume (and I hadn't sent it to her because I didn't know who I would be meeting with, so she never even saw it). I got an email a week later that I hadn't gotten the job.

During the phone interview, she told me that I would be asked "Why Insight Global?" during the in-person interview. This question never came up since our meeting was so short.

3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
