I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
For the last few months I've had 5 different Insight Global recruiters bombarding my LinkedIn inbox, calling me with job opportunities and saying that from looking at my resume they thought I'd be a perfect fit for the company. I finally got curious and called one of them back, and after the initial phone screen interview I got a 1 on 1 interview at the office. After I looked up Insight Global on Glassdoor and saw countless negative reviews about the company, I was a little hesitant but decided to go ahead with the interview and see for myself. I got there 5 minutes early like the email said to do & waited 10 minutes for my interviewer. The email stated I was meeting with a man but a woman came into the office and we started talking. From the very first minute I knew something was off because she repeatedly said how this was going to be a quick 15 minute interview and I felt rushed the whole time even though I had many questions for her about the company. My interview was scheduled at 1:30, she came in at 1:40 and we were done around 1:50. I felt like a nuisance to her and it was getting uncomfortable so I just stopped asking questions. I was nothing but a warm body they were bringing in just because they could. Very unprofessional company. I should have listened to the Glassdoor reviews about Insight Global and not wasted my time.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
