I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Kansas City, MO) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter via LinkedIn, and we set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very laid back, mostly conversational and just validating information. I was then invited to an in person interview to their office in Kansas City. During the in person interview I met with multiple employees, and again, the interview was very conversational with a few questions. Very laid back. Ignore that I got an offer, still waiting to hear back about the next interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Hartford, CT) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

It was s screening with the recruiter then an interview with the account manager. After that the interview was with the client. They then told me they would get back with me. I Had to follow up to find out that the position was put on hold
I interviewed at Insight Global (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Interview
Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
