Fairly easy. I had an interview with 3 people on the panel. Lasted for 1.5 hrs. In a week I got a call that I was selected. The hiring process began almost immediately. Background check took a while (I was told by Insight Global that the client is asking for a lot of specification). I was supposed to join early Jan 2017, on a Monday. I called on Friday to ask about the location details and contact person as I never heard back from them, I was told that my start date would be postponed by a month (it was my last day at my existing job). A month goes by, a new contract was signed, I was almost set to start (although I had requested a couple of documents from Insight Global pertaining to my joining which they hadn't given me until the nth moment). I was to join on a Monday, on Tuesday when I called to again about the document i needed, I was instead told that the client wasn't interested in going ahead as they had budget issues.
