Alisha Wanninger out of the Los Angeles office is my Corporate Recruiter for Insight Global. I was hired 6 months ago and throughout the interview process with IGI Alisha was there to guide me through each step. I appreciated how Alisha gave me a call before each interview making sure I felt prepared, followed up with me after each interview to see how it went and to relay feedback. The same business model is used on the Recruiting side for our contractors. This kind of customer service is what makes me so proud to be apart of this company! Knowing the internal operations as a Recruiter and experiencing this first hand with Alisha just goes to show how much Insight Global cares about each individual that they work with!

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
