Contacted by a recruiter to schedule a campus interview which was very conversational. Next I had an interview at the office in Bellevue where I talked to about four different employees. It seemed very unstructured because I was being asked the same five questions between the four of them but everyone was very nice and professional. I got called back for a final interview which was a lunch interview near the office. I met with two employees and felt like I was third wheeling most of the time.. They were clearly good friends and having conversations with each other so it was hard to be apart of their conversation unless they asked me a question. I thought the lunch went well overall, however I was never contacted despite my efforts to reach out after that final interview... Not even a rejection letter. So I was disappointed in the end about them never getting back to me.
