Interview
The interview was in Pittsburgh, allow the position was for a different location. My HR contact got me quite excited about the position, and in a way, it got my hopes up. The first person I interviewed with was very cold and did not take my application very seriously. The following two people were great and even stated that I was "perfect for the position". Sadly I was sent a cold, almost automated email by my HR contact stating that I did not get the position. Although an other recruiter from Insight Global contacted me about a position at a different location, I no longer have the desire to pursue a career with them.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
