I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Insight Global (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2017
Interview
I got my initial interview as a recommendation from a friend and the recruiter for FSU contacted me on a call. It was very casual. The second interview was the next day because they were interviewing at the career center. That interview was very casual as well and we went a little bit more into my resume. My third interview was in Jacksonville and I came to the office and met with two account manager and then they introduced me to the entire office and showed me around. They digged into my resume more during that one. The final interview two account managers took me to lunch and this one was the most casual. It was more about getting to know me and if I was going to be a fit in their environment.
