All they care about is whether you drink or party outside of the office. I felt like I was interviewing to be in a sorority/fraternity again. I spoke to several account managers during the interview process. During my first interview, I waited for 20 minutes before someone finally came in to "interview" me.
After my first in-person interview, I was asked back for a second interview over coffee. They called me several days later to tell me that I received "mixed reviews" from the account managers but that they wanted to offer me another interview to make a better impression, which apparently they "rarely do". When I went in for my third interview, I felt as though they were trying their best to intimidate me and scare me away from the company.
I ended up accepting a job with another staffing firm before even hearing back from them. They finally got back to me over a week later with an email template. Very unprofessional. I have several friends who worked for them as well and quit after a few months. Don't waste your time interviewing with this company unless you are looking to be in a college-like environment.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
