I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
Easy interview process. I got a call from a corporate recruiter for a screening and it went super well it made me really pumped for the in person interview. He helped me prepare so well for the interview and was sort of like my coach. He told me the questions they were going to ask and was so positive. The in person interview also went super well! I interviewed at the Dallas TX office. I was interview by two people. One was the guy I spoke to on the phone and the other was a girl. Very casual interview and was more like a conversation which I enjoyed and helped me be more of myself. A lot of their values center around their great company culture they like to press heavily on, which is great, but they almost talked about it too much. The first thing we talked about during the interview were which bars i've been to in Dallas and what drinks I got...don't get me wrong.. i love a good time, but it was almost a red flag. They also both talked about how a lot of the office was Greek, so it was kind of just a huge greek life corporation. Greeks are amazing and I think it says a lot about someone, but I don't think it should be something the company realllly takes into consideration! They showed me around the office and I got introduced to every recruiter, which was overwhelming and a little weird for me. Everyone was super nice and made you feel comfortable. The part that got me with this company was how unprofessional they came off. I didn't get asked back to a second interview for a reason I have NO idea about. I emailed my "coach" to ask him if he could kind of go into more detail of why i'm not the "best fit" at this time for the position and I received no email back. I just found this very distasteful and it made me realize I would never want to work for someone like that! I visited this site before my interview and tried to blind myself from the negative reviews only to find out that they are indeed, correct.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
