I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global in Aug 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn and asked to set up a quick phone screening (15 minutes just to confirm I was interested in the position). The recruiter later set up an in-person interview in the office the following week.
The in-person interview was very unprofessional. They didn't seem to know that I was coming into the office ahead of time, so I was waiting for 10-15 minutes before someone finally got to me. I talked to two account managers. The first account manager was very thorough and gave me a lot of information about the company, but didn't seem to be interested in or engage in conversation. The second account manager was easy-to-talk to but kept cussing throughout the interview, and how people make "so much money they don't know what to do with it."
I didn't end up making it to the next round but based on that interaction with the company, it was clear it would have never been a positive work place for me.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
