I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Met a corporate recruiter at a campus job fair. Set up a first round interview on campus which was basically a brief meeting. Straight conversational and a few questions on what I wanted to do after college. Got set up for a second round interview at their office and met with the sales manager. He explained more details about the job and commission structure, Interview was pretty conversational and asked more direct questions on my personality, what I wanted to do and what I thought about sales. He then brought me to the back office to meet the whole team, which I must say was awesome. Everybody stops what they're doing and gets up to shake your hand. It was very welcoming. The third and last round interview took place at a happy hour. Again, another conversational interview to feel out my personality. Overall very easy going interviews. Didn't even ask about my GPA.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
