I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who was very kind and informative. I scheduled an interview at the Indianapolis location. The on-site interview was exactly like rushing for a sorority. No professional conversation. The girl had so much "energy" that she was basically screaming in my face telling me how laid back and fun the company was. They couldn't provide great answers to my questions during the interview process (probably because they actually had to do with the company). The best part about it was when I asked about their desired start date, they said January 2018. My interview was in July. I never received a call or email from the recruiter who was supposed to contact me the week after. This company is incredibly unprofessional and not well respected in the industry. They get people in for interviews to make a quota and their turnover time is high. I would not recommend applying for this company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
