Before you interview at Insight Global, ask yourself if you REALLY want to be a recruiter and start your career off by making cold calls all day. I first heard about IG through LinkedIn when a recruiter sent me a personal message. We set up a phone interview, which went well, so we proceeded to set up an in-person interview. I had to drive out of my way for an "interview" that was basically two different employees telling me what the job would entail and how great IG is. Oh and the two people whom I met with were not who I was told I would be meeting with. After the interview, I was told to call my recruiter to discuss my thoughts on how the interview went. So, I immediately called and got no answer... called a little while later and still no answer. I left a voicemail and only received a call back from him a few days later telling me to call him. I immediately called back and had to leave a voicemail, only to receive an email telling me I did not get the job. The recruiter I was dealing tried to be very personable and establish connections with me throughout the whole process. Meanwhile, he was just trying to make quota and get me in for an in-person interview for HIS sake. When someone tells you to drink a 5-Hour Energy before the interview, it's probably not somewhere you want to work. Don't go through this process unless you are 100% aware of what you will be doing every day. They will make it seem like it's the best company in the world because most of the staff is young/recent college grads. This is no environment to prosper and make something of yourself. If you think you can do better in a career, you probably can.
