The process took 2 weeks. A recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and set up a call, it went pretty well and we scheduled an in person interview. After getting to the in person interview, I met with 3 people who kindly expressed their passion for the company and their co-workers. They talked about the culture being family oriented, how they spend every afternoon and weekends together, and how they "live and breath with their co-workers" They tried to sell me on that without realizing that that is not an attractive thing for independent people who like to separate work from a personal life. I asked a lot of questions regarding the company, the processes, what makes them different from their competitors, they seemed extremely overwhelmed and uncomfortable answering these questions, and seemed like they just wanted to focus on the culture. The process seemed very unorganized as well as their culture. It seems like the ideal place for a recent graduate that wants to party with their coworkers and have fun without much structure. Even though it was clear that we weren't a good fit for each other, I followed up through email with the 3 people I interviewed with the next day. I never got a response from either one of them, after a week and a half I followed up with the recruiter who quickly replied with them not finding me as a good fit. I completely agree, and genuinely wasn't expecting for much, other than the professionalism of "recruiting experts" to not leave a candidate hanging. I wouldn't recommend this company to any organization in need for staffing services.
