Interview
They recruited me from a career fair, briefly introduced myself and then they proceeded by giving me an interview time slot for the following day. Interview was very informal where they just wanted to get to know you. After not hearing from them for over a month, another recruiter reached out to me asking to interview not knowing that I already had. Overall very unorganized process and I denied the next interview.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
