It was a good interview process, two interviewers are at the interview with both of them answering questions. They ask about your interview as this is a more fresher role
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2025
Interview
DO NOT ACCEPT AN INTERVIEW WHERE THEY FLY YOU IN TO ATLANTA. you will not be reimbursed for those 50 dollar UBER rides.
Recruiter explicitly lied to me and said they would. Interview went well but didn't end up being selected. That was 5 months ago and still haven't been reimbursed after countless emails and calls. I even submitted a general ticket to HR and got the run around. I wouldn't trust this company.
DO NOT INTERVIEW with Evergreen sector of Insight Global. They reached out to me on Linkedin and convinced me to interview with them. I went through all rounds of interviews amd spent so much time preparing. After that they wanted to extend me an offer but they said before that they need to check with their account management department to make sure they don't lose business with my current employer(since they do recruiting for my current company). After that they ghosted me. If you are contacted for a job at Evergreen group. Just say no. Know that they are using you to show their loyalty to your employer so they can expand their recruiting business.
