I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2012
Interview
I was initially contacted about the position through my school career center. I spoke with the recruiter for about 20-25 minutes about my background, why I chose the school I went to, what I was looking for. We then spoke about the Account Manager position and how you start out as a Recruiter but then work your way up into Account Management role. They asked why I felt I would be good at sales and what motivates me etc... Following the phone screen, I went in for a first interview where I met the Sales Manager and 2 other Account Managers seperately. I guess that all went well because I was asked back for a final lunch interview the following week. The lunch involved the Sales Manager and Regional Manager. The lunch was very conversational and didn't have nearly as much of the "interview type questions" many interviews have. Overall, I enjoyed the interview process and didn't ever feel like I was being interrogated or questioned, but it was much more conversational.

There weren't ever too many tough or unexpected questions. Some of the questions I remember most were, "Why do you want to start a career in sales?" and "Why should I hire you?"
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
