I applied online and a girl reached out to me sounded unprofessional over the phone almost childish then drove 2 hours to phoenix office to meet with 2 absolutely rude employees who seemed nothing but uninterested in anything i had to say. Not sure why they gave me the interview to act uninterested... took about 20 minutes. I emailed and thanked them after it was over and not 1 person could respond. The lady who calls u on the phone for the phone interview who says she will keep u updated is lying. This company is horrible and based off of looks of the people coming in. If you aren't "pretty" better re think.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
