Do not waste your time on this! I wish I had listened to the negative reviews on Glassdoor before interviewing with them. First of all, I was contacted by a recruiter to interview for the position. I had a phone interview with her, and she then scheduled an in-person interview for me the following week. She calls me the day before the in-person interview to tell me that I MUST wear a pencil skirt and heels to the interview. I told her I had a pantsuit and flats, and she told me that was unacceptable. This should have been a red flag already–it is New Jersey in February, and what kind of company forces its female interviewees to dress in skirts and heels? Anyway, I did not own a professional skirt or heels since I intended to wear my pantsuit and flats, and the recruiter did not notify me of this detail until 24 hours before the interview (even though I had spoken to her a week prior and she had said nothing about that) so that night I was forced to rush out and spend several hundred dollars on a new outfit for this interview. The next day, I get to the office for my interview where I was told I'd be speaking with 3 hiring managers and at least one account manager. I spoke to 1 hiring manager, who talked to me for about 15 minutes before saying she was going to get the other people who would be interviewing me next. I then sat in the conference room alone for OVER A HALF HOUR before an account manager came in, talked to me for 10 minutes, and then thanked me for coming in. The recruiter–who told me to call after the interview was over–did not answer my call, and has completely ghosted me. I know they can't hire everyone they interview of course, but after having me in for an in-person interview, forcing me to adhere to a ridiculous dress code, and keeping me waiting in a conference room for over a half hour, I wish they'd at least have the courtesy to tell me I didn't get the job instead of just ignoring my calls and emails. Very unprofessional company, and not worth the time, money, and stress I spent on them.
