Little did I know this would be a terrible experience... It started out great and slowly became awful. I got contacted by a recruiter who seemed so excited to talk to me and help me become familiar with the company. We emailed back and forth for a week and then had a phone interview. She invited me to come in for an in person interview. I met with two different account managers. While these two people were both very nice, however, they seemed like they were kind of rushing through my interview . They definitely spoke more than I did. Overall, first interview was decent. After the interviews, they brought me up to the office, which I loved. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I left Insight Global feeling excited and ready to move forward with this company. After waiting two weeks, I finally got a call from my recruiter inviting me back for a final lunch interview. I went in for the interview and waiting over 30 minutes. Finally, two women came and we walked to get lunch. They were very unapproachable and not very friendly. They talked to each other more than they talked to me. They were almost acting really "cliquey". The second interview was definitely a letdown and I left feeling unhappy. My recruiter told me to call her as soon as I finished the final interview, so I did and never heard back from her. She also said she would get back to me that Tuesday (interview was on a Friday) regardless of whether or not I got the job. Eventually I sent her two follow up emails (spread out so I wasn't bugging her and didn't look desperate) and I have never heard back since. I was completely ghosted. Would have been nice to hear back from her even if it was to let me know I wasn't a good fit for the job. Ridiculous waste of my time.
