I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I first had an initial interview where I met four different Account Managers. They all asked me great questions about myself, my experience, and my career goals. I felt like they really got to know me personally and professionally. I also was able to ask questions at the end of the first interview to each person I met. They all had very different answers and journeys with their careers, which was really helpful to hear everyone's view points. I ended the interview really understanding a lot about the company and also feeling like they really invested a lot in getting to know me to make sure I was the right fit. My final interview was with two of the Sales Managers. They dug in a little bit more to really understand what I was looking for in a career and also if I was a good fit for the company. Both people gave very strong direct questions that were challenging, but also extremely professional interview questions. They also dug a lot more into my personal and professional goals, and how they could benefit me with those. It was all around a great process- getting to know more about the company, their employees, and also feeling important to them.
