Interview
They had me come into the Irvine Office for an interview and I sat down with two different people. I thought they seemed a bit rushed, but I went along with the interview anyways. They asked me some generic information about myself and I told them that I was looking at a few other positions. They were very up front about the "high turnover rate" that they have at the position that I was applying for, which seemed a bit fishy to me. Now, after talking to someone who used to work there, I found out that there were a number of reasons for this. Firstly, I heard that they require you to work from 7:30am-5:30pm and will pay you the overtime (over 40 hours per week) for 6 months, but after that they will only pay you for the 40 hours which means you work the extra 5 for free. Additionally, they lie and tell you they will give you free parking *(for the downtown LA location) and then when you arrive for work on your first day they proceed to say sorry they don't offer it and ask whether you have the promise in writing. They also make the women wear heels and if you don't they will call you out during one of the meetings. I wasn't asked back for another interview and after talking with prior employees I can say I'm happy that i wasn't.

3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
