The interview process was blatantly distasteful. A company full of superficial people who only care about shallow attributes of the applicant. They attempt to put their best foot forward by only having applicants talk to attractive employees. They claim to be "humble", but will randomly spew out how much money they are making - which is not even that much. They have an extremely high turnover rate, and that comes as no surprise to me. Company culture is like greek life all over again. These people may graduate from college, but they never get more mature. Overall, very insincere application process and not the brightest of employees. You need no knowledge of the company for the interviews - they are much more concerned if you are cool and attractive.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
