I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process started out with the initial phone call, followed by an in person interview where I met 4 account managers. After that interview concluded I was taken in to get a tour of their office where all 40 of the employees who worked there came up to introduce themselves and shake my hand one by one - this was a bit too much and uncomfortable in my opinion, it felt like I was going through sorority recruitment and not an actual job interview.. Despite this, I got called back for a lunch interview with the sales manager and after that a fourth happy hour with the same sales manager and an account manager. Overall I knew I was qualified for the position, I am a social/outgoing person and had the experience and grades most companies would love to have on their team yet these people only seemed to care about how often you consume alcohol and whether or not you were involved with Greek life (aka love to party). The entire company seemed immature, two faced, and unprofessional who care little about your professional background or qualifications.. instead they base their hiring decision on who fits the typical sorority/frat stereotype... I don’t know about everybody else but I’m personally looking to start a career not join another Greek organization. Avoid at all costs!

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
