I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Washington, DC) in Mar 2018
Interview
Very casual, they had not prepared at all or looked over my resume before-hand and looked at it on the spot, barely asked me questions about my qualifications or past experience or questions related to sales and instead just talked to me which was different than I expected
I did not make it very far but good process. I had one phone call which was very conversational and then a zoom interview- which also was coversational. They try to hire out of college and it seems hard but we will see.
Long process with multiple parts (phone call, zoom conversation, shadow day) and you will communicate via recruiter for most things. Philadelphia office was very large, spacious and beautiful! A lot of new graduates.
I think they have a large range of applicants so reponse times are delayed. Often times when scheduling the next round it would be 2-3 weeks out. This caused it to take weeks longer then the process should have taken.
