Interview
The hiring process was quick, efficient, and personal. A recruiter who is an alumni of my university contacted me because of a personal interest in the success of students from their alma mater. The communication was smooth and personalized: every conversation was extremely useful in answering questions and getting an idea about the next step in the process. I had a first round interview in Irvine, CA (which I was able to choose because of its proximity to my hometown) and had a wonderful experience. The bulk of the interview was conducted in a conference room with one of the office leaders. The conversation was largely personal with just a few specific questions weaved throughout. After this interview, I was moved on to the second round. My recruiter gave me tips and helped walk me through the next steps. After a personality assessment and basic aptitude test, I was offered a second interview at the Denver, CO office. This interview consisted of speaking with three different managers at the office, meeting the team, an opportunity to ask questions, and a short lunch. The experience was not only positive, it was FUN. I felt so comfortable and natural throughout the interview process that by the end, I was actually excited for the final interview.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
